PROMOTIONAL USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIAL
International Model Registries reserves the right to use any information and images submitted by you to our galleries for promotional use on our website and in our printed material.  We may use your first name, state/territory/province and country of origin; however, we will never disclose your full address in any of our promotions.

ORDERS PLACED ONLINE
International Model Registries accepts Paypal®, and Credit Cards and eChecks through Paypal® as payment on orders placed through our online shopping cart.  When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address. If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. You must contact your financial institution directly to resolve any authorization problems with your account.  You may place your order with us again once the problem is resolved.  International Model Registries can not guarantee that any registration or other customized order will still be available for purchase if you are delayed in completing your order. 

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT METHODS
When using a third party payment method such as PayPal®, you may be referred directly to them to resolve issues with your payment account. We reserve the right to only ship product to CONFIRMED addresses.

ORDERS PLACED BY POSTAL MAIL
International Model Registries accepts Personal Checks and Money Orders as payment on orders sent to us by postal mail.  We do attempt to bank-approve personal checks for immediate shipment, however this may not always be possible We may hold your order for 10+ business days for checks and money orders from the United States and 21+ business days for checks and money orders originating out of the United States. To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a Postal money order.  At this time, we can not accept credit card orders by mail.  Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged USD $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees. You can send mail to the following postal address:

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Model Registries ships all over the world! All payments must be submitted in United States Dollars. In most cases we ship by USPS First Class mail.  The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or custom fees. Inquiries regarding possible fees should be directed to your local authorities. While we do ship to most international destinations, we are unable to serve some countries at this time due to US law or credit card security reasons.

RETURNED MAIL
If your document package is returned to us in the mail, we will make every effort to contact you with the information you have provided.  If we can not contact you and do not hear from you, your documents will be held until their stated expiration date.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We approve and process orders in the order that they are received. All orders ship within 2 – 4 weeks. 

THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
If you wish to check on the status of your order with International Model Registries, please email us.  Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, many times we are unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed.  If you notice an error in your order after it is placed, send an email to us immediately.

RETURNS
Since all International Model Registries products are customized, and gallery access is given immediately upon completing your order; we regret that we can not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.  We will correct any errors made by our order processors at no charge to the customer.  We will revise any custom orders at the appropriate duplicate registration, license plate, or title fee. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
You can change the address you have on file with International Model Registries at any time by notifying us through email or postal mail.  We do not reissue purchased custom products when an address change is received.  To receive revised custom products, must order the appropriate duplicate and enter your new address information when you complete this order.

DAMAGED RETURNS
If your product package is damaged in shipping please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

SHIPPING
International Model Registries typically uses USPS First Class mail.  Since we do not charge for shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier. Unfortunately we cannot fulfill requests for alternate carriers, or expedited shipping. Once the order has shipped, we must allow the carrier a reasonable time frame to deliver.  Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damage for a claim to be filed. Export documentation will not be provided. Know who you are receiving a package for or forwarding a package to!  If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of stolen merchandise. You may be responsible for any legal or collection action related to the shipment.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from International Model Registries is the responsibility of the seller, not International Model Registries. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, descriptions, pictures and graphical images on our site and any other International Model Registries publications are subject to change. International Model Registries maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, International Model Registries reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

Your access to and use of the International Model Registries web site is subject to these Terms of Service.  We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms for applicable changes. Your use of this site after we post any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your agreement to those changes. All content on the International Model Registries website, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, images, text, trademarks, logos, product names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing (“Content”) is the property of International Model Registries and its affiliates and is protected in the United States and Internationally under trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. Third party content, including trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by International Model Registries subject to license, or subject to the fair use provisions of U.S. trademark law. Users of the International Model Registries' web site are expressly forbidden to misuse any International Model Registries content or any third party content that appears on the web site.

You agree not to copy, download, display, or use any Content for any commercial purpose, in any publications (printed or electronic), in connection with products or services that are not those of International Model Registries, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits International Model Registries and/or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of International Model Registries' or its licensors' property, or that otherwise infringes International Model Registries or its licensors' intellectual property rights.

REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
International Model Registries makes no representations about the reliability of the features of the International Model Registries web site, and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. You acknowledge that any reliance on such material and/or systems will be at your own risk. International Model Registries makes no representations regarding the amount of time that content on its site will be preserved.

Our website is provided on an “as is, as available” basis. No warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to our website or any information or software therein. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall International Model Registries be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our website, nor shall International Model Registries be responsible for any damages whatsoever that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether or not caused by events beyond International Model Registries' reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to our website, records, programs, or services. In no event shall International Model Registries' total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed Five Dollars (USD $5.00). Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages; as a result, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold International Model Registries, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and website contractors harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of these Terms of Service or Policies and Procedures, including any abusive or unlawful behavior on the part of you or your dependents, or the infringement of any intellectual property or privacy right of any person.

Both you and International Model Registries acknowledge and agree that no partnership is formed and neither of you nor International Model Registries has the power or the authority to obligate or bind the other. These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Massachusetts.
