We strive to keep the information we hold accurate and up to date.  You can verify the information that we hold about you by emailing us.  If this information is inaccurate or out of date you can send us your correct information by email or postal mail and we will update our records promptly. 

You can request by email or postal mail to have your information removed from our databases.  Removal of your information from our databases includes the deletion of any registrations held in your name.  These registrations will be made available for purchase by other customers.  International Model Registries is not liable for any losses resulting from fulfilling your written request to have your information removed from our databases.

Our website uses an online ordering system for customers to order our products. We collect our customers’ contact information and financial information to process orders and maintain our registration databases.  If you choose a third-party billing option, financial and personal information will be provided to the billing company.

• Whenever sensitive personal or financial information is transmitted, it is sent via a secured connection directly to our mainframe computer using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. This is the most successfully used method of ensuring private, secure transmission of personal information over the Internet.

In cases where we have inadvertently collected personal information of a child, the parent can always review this information, choose to have this information deleted from our records and refuse to permit further collection or use of this information.
